We are thrilled to be able to open our doors to volunteers! If you are interested in volunteering at GCS please fill out this form, and send it to the District Office. Then, call our main office to express your interest. Thank you!
As we look to prepare for the upcoming winter season and holidays, the towns of Warren, Morris, and Goshen have partnered with Region 6 and area donors to run the annual community drive, which provides assistance during the winter months to local families who demonstrate financial hardship.
To assist in this effort, we have put together a needs assessment which will allow program coordinators to identify families in need of food and clothing from Thanksgiving day through the month of December. If you or a family you know could find this service helpful, please use the following links below (by town) to access the assessment document and accompanying letter with all contact information included:
Town of Warren Winter Needs Assessment and Letter
Town of Morris Winter Needs Assessment and Letter
Town of Goshen Winter Needs Assessment and Letter
To note:Submissions are confidential and managed by the program representative of each town hall. Any identifiable information is not shared with any outside parties or donors.
These needs assessments are providing programming for Warren, Morris, and Goshen Residents ONLY. Out of district families should contact their Town Hall to see what winter services are running in your area.
Packages are assembled based on what resources are available, therefore, there is no guarantee of what will be included in each package
One submission is permitted per household
The purpose of this drive is to ensure basic needs are met, not to cover all holiday expenses.
Those who wish to participate in this program must complete and submit the survey below NO LATER THAN MONDAY, NOVEMBER 15TH.
Blank hard copies of the needs assessment may also be picked up at your town hall.
Wishing you and your family a happy and safe holiday season!
